How much does your services cost?

No two businesses are exactly the same and our prices and process reflects that. Our services range in price from $500 to $2000 per month, but our services are not cookie cutter.

We develop and execute a unique strategy for your success.

How often do you communicate with clients?

We make it a habit to speak with our clients once every two weeks, at the least. During the calls, we discuss results, strategy, updates on your business and any comments you may have.

We also provide the option of joining our company Slack.

When do you charge me?

Your first invoice will be due when we start your campaign and cover your first month of service with us.

After that, you are billed on the 1st of the month every month. In case of delay or non-payment, our services will be suspended.

Can we ever meet face to face?

Sumo Ads is located in Warsaw, Poland. If you are in Warsaw or Poland area, we’d be happy to sit down and connect!

However in special cases we are able to meet for a fee in the client's office - lead training or participate in a strategic meeting.

Social media seems expensive! Why?

Hiring a social media agency or strategist is an investment in your business that should be taken seriously.

Social media is not simply posting to social platforms. To be successful, specialists spend a lot of time planning, strategizing, creating, implementing and testing in the background.

Can I stop our cooperation at any time?

We prepare your content in advance to make sure there are no surprises, so we do ask for notice if you wish to end your contract by the 15th of the month.

Notification before the 15th let’s us know you will not be moving on in the month to follow. However, you can give your notice at any time and there is no long term commitment.

Do you outsource your work?

All of our clients receive expert service from our in-house team. None of our work is outsourced and we take great pride in the ability to generate results with the team we’ve built here.

In more technical projects, we use the help of our sister company, butique software house Esumo.

What languages do you know?

We are fluent in Polish, English, German, Russian,
Czech, Turkey, Portuguese and Brazilian.

However, we are also able to run campaigns and social media profiles in other languages. In the case of a campaign in a different language, materials and texts should be provided by the client.
